Social Media/Office Administrator
EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A BUSY OFFICE-BASED TEAM based in Dublin 10
The Role
Manage and refresh company web shop, product catalogue and social media channels
Deliver a high level of customer service and provide marketing advice to the business
Edit and create new content on our social media platforms
Work closely with directors and field-based sales team to meet the business expectations
To communicate effectively between customers and the team
Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
To provide administrative and telephone support to the team when needed
To professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently
To undertake additional tasks when required, demonstrating a can-do approach
The Candidate:
Min 2 years’ experience in similar role with the ability to provide excellent customer service
High level IT/social media, google analytics knowledge
Proficient in MS office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
