Etag Fixings Ltd., leading supplier of construction goods, is seeking to recruit a driven individual with a can-do attitude for a position of Internal Technical Sales Support to join our Sales team. This role will suit candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an admin role who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager/Office Manager your duties will be as follows:
· Primary point for answering phone calls/dealing with customer queries.
· Process quotes/sales orders for new and existing customers.
· Create and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
· Liaise with Area Sales reps.
· Manage and build relationships with multiple customers.
· Other ad hoc office tasks.
Requirements:
· Technical background in Construction, preferably M+E supplies.
· Knowledge of construction products would be a huge advantage.
· Excellent organisational & communication skills, telephone manner and attention to details.
· Excellent PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite).
· Work autonomously to maintain high standards in all aspects of the role, demonstrating initiative, efficiency, and attention to detail.
