TJ O’Mahony, part of Home Project Centre, Ireland’s leading independent group of builders providers and home improvement stores, is seeking to hire a Branch Manager for its Ardee, Co. Louth branch.
Job specification
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the branch. He/she will report to the Regional Manager.
Duties/responsibilities of the Branch Manager include:
The management of all branch staff and customer service.
The management of all key branch functions to include:
Trade, Retail, DIY, Showroom, Internal and External sales.
Yard, Warehousing and Transport functions.
Management of Stock/Purchasing.
Effective communication of Sales & Performance targets.
Ensure adherence to Group policy and procedure in relation to Stock, HR, Credit Control and Health & Safety within the branch.
Cost Management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will ideally have gained experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets.
An appropriate package including salary, company vehicle and performance related bonus will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
